Natural Skincare Routine

​I remove all of my makeup using coconut oil, it helps with stubborn mascara and stay-fast lipstick.

Step 1: Cleanse

Honey is an amazing cleanser it works on every skin type. Apply a small amount onto wet palms and gently massage it onto your face and neck.  Wash off with lukewarm water. 

Step 2: Exfoliate

The build up of dead skin cells causes dullness and it tends to feel rough. Add half a teaspoon of coffee, half a teaspoon of sugar and add coconut oil. Rub in circular motions for 45 seconds. Rinse and dry. You should exfoliate twice a week.
Step 3: Tone

Toning is an important part of a facial because a toner will help with soothing, nourishing and hydrating the skin while restoring its delicate pH balance.

Extract the juice from a cucumber add 3 drops of lemon juice to it use a cotton ball for easy application.

Step 4: Mask (twice a week)

Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, lemon juice and a drop of honey to form a paste. Leave on till it dries. This face mask is a skin brighter and leaves your looking glowy.

Step 5: Face mist

Hydrating your face is essential. An antioxidant face mist is the key to avoid acne prone skin and oily skin.

Boil water and steep two green tea teabags in the boiling water let it chill for 30 minute.

Pour into spritz bottle with vitamin e oil for hydration. Spray 20cm away from face squirt  4-6 times.

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!!!
